  • I returned something and it took less than 5 minutes. The person on customers service, Matthew, made it so easy. No questions, no hassle. The store is always very clean and the cashiers are polite. The cashier on express doesn't get stressed when there's a line. He's already efficient, so he goes with the flow. I think Wen actually keeps the waiting people calmer since he's not rushing. The managers always smile as they pass by which is nice. All the people I see working there seem pretty content. The produce section is really big. I get lettuce at one end and have to go aaaaalll the way to the other end to find veggies to put on the salad. I just don't think I'm used to a produce section being that large. It's huge! I feel like the veggies should be together and the fruit should be together, seems a little mixed when it comes to produce that doesn't require the cooler. Still a very nice store, a little pricy, but a good experience.
