I ordered meals twice for my daughter who is a student. The first time the meals were later than the stated time for delivery. This wasn't ideal but we didn't complain. The next time I ordered meals, my daughter got a text that the meals would be delivered at 11:30pm. My daughter had to be up early for school so she called the driver to cancel and the driver said she wouldn't be charged for the meals. Well I WAS charged and I have been trying to speak to someone about this since January but no one returns my many calls or emails! We would be happy to have the ordered meals delivered at the time specified online if they don't want to return my $. Very frustrating!!!
