I have had my ears pierced twice now at Icing.
Ive had a good experience both times, especially the 2nd.
The store is really cute and they offer accessories as well as room decor. The merchandise is not as juvenile or inexpensive looking as Claire's Boutique.
The piercing process was legit. You pick the earrings that you want and pay based on the price of the jewelry. They offer a big variety of jewelry to choose from for the piercing including 14k gold/ white gold/ steel posts and a of couple real diamond studs. I'm not sure how much it is for piercings at tattoo/ piercing shops although it does seem like it would be more expensive at Icing. The prices were about 45-60. The price includes a bottle of solution and a 20% coupon (not to be used on the piercing). Mckenzie, who did my piercing yesterday was professional and clean and made sure to sterilize everything before and after. She was really nice, patient and helpful, explained everything and had a calming presence.
This store is located on the second floor of Fashion Show Mall next to Journeys above Nordstrom.
