Good doctors and nurses practioners, front office not so good. Waited 15 minutes on hold to make an appt, then I finally hung up and called back cause it was clear they were not coming back to the line. Then they scheduled me but didn't realize it hadn't quite been a year since my last visit so my insurance wouldn't cover it, so I went to my appointment only to be told this and be sent home. It was a huge waste of time and I have 3 kids so I don't have time for this. Isn't it their job to check this? I asked what my copayment was and they looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. It was strange. I have also waited in the room in the gown with my crabby baby for over an hour which was not cool. I'll be switching to a different office.
