  • This is the slowest sonic I've ever been to. First, we went to the pull up window and that took 15 mins for the employee to talk to us. A different day we decided to give it another shot but we went through the drive through the instead and that took us about 30 mins in line. We live right down the street so it's convenient. A week later we went back and low and behold it was the same story. This is ridiculous for a sonic to be this slow. Granted the employee at the window was nice but still they need to get it together.
