  • Ugh...went to this JCPenney for the Sephora. I was told this was the "secret" location where I could find items that might be sold out at actual Sephora stores. Anyway, I show up and two employees are doing each other's makeup and one is assisting a customer. I was not greeted. No biggie, I knew what I wanted. I go to the counter and proceed to wait for 5 minutes for the girls that are doing each other's makeup to realize they were on the clock and should probably start working. Anyway, they ring me up, bag my stuff, no samples included (which STINKS because I love all the samples I usually get at Sephora), and send me on my way. They didn't even thank me or say "have a good day" or any obvious choices from a retail sales associate. Anyway, I sent a complaint to Sephora and they said that the branch would reach out to me to apologize for their wrongdoings. They didn't. This was over a month ago now. I'm never going to this Sephora again. I don't care if my stuff is sold out at the mall. It's not worth the terrible service!
