  • We brought our cat here when she got very sick and we discovered a huge mass on her. After coming back multiple times and spending a lot of money on various tests, the results were still inconclusive and we never even received a proper follow up. All that we got was someone calling to ask if she was better, but the vet never even called back when he said he would after reviewing the test results. When our cat got sick again, and we went to ask about the previous tests, we were told that it was our fault that we didn't give them all of the pertinent information (when it was obvious that this vet wasn't even listening in the first place and hadn't read the cat's medical history). We are extremely disappointed with the uncaring and arrogant behaviour that we've encountered here. I find it very odd that nobody seemed to care when we asked for our file to go elsewhere and stated that it was because the service and level of care was not good.
