  • Bought four brand new tires, all covered under warranty in March. By December two of the four were flat. Called to have them repaired, and they pulled up the warranty and said to come in. It took about FOUR weeks to get our car back, that's right, FOUR. We always had to call to check the status of the vehicle and the response was "oh we got the wrong tire" and then that they were waiting for the tire. Finally the tires were replaced and they tried to charge full price, although covered under warranty. When I called them back they mentioned that the car was finally ready... after four weeks, and by pure luck that I called them. Totally unprofessional, was so sick of the entire situation. And I promise I'll never be back!
