My first visit to this clinic was a cleaning done by Dr. Sone, that was great. He's a detailed and patient dentist. However, experiences (at least 4 times) with their reception staff very discouraging, can be referred as bad customer service.
Failed to deliver a promise to call back and I had to call back to follow up instead.
Hung up on me while I called without actually speaking to the phone. Not sure if it is because the reception desk is too busy for being professional..
As I just changed my dentist to Dr. Sone, even with transfer of x-ray and past history, but apparently I have to change my dentist again as the reception service could become a barrier. The ladies made me feel intimated as if I'm a chinese and not too welcomed. I wish this is not the case.
