  • I've been here many times but never on Sunday so maybe that's the problem. I'm used to the upsell attempt at the start. But generally they do a good job in an efficient manner. Today: poor, I was forgotten in line so waited quite a while. When discovered the gentleman tried offer me a deal for my waist FOR 5 DOLLARS MORE! Don't charge for service recovery. Cashier was nice but there was a wait. Clearly they were understaffed. The cars were 6 deep in the drying and polishing line. Another long wait. Time to look elsewhere.
