It is really a shame because at first I was really impressed with the service. I called Pipe Doctor a couple of weeks ago to assist with some knocking pipes. Nick came out, on time and was great. He tried a few options and it didn't work and wanted to talk with his boss and get back to me. He said Wendy from the office would call me. No one did, so I followed up. He came back again with his boss, Chris. He only stayed a few minutes, didn't even charge me and said he has to research the problem and then by Friday would get back to me (about 4 days). 8 days laters, I called back and spoke to Wendy and said I didn't hear back. She said she would leave a message for Chris and he would call me back. I didn't get a call back, so I called again, left a message for Chris, and did this two more times. I was done with the constant promise of calling back and told Wendy I am finding a new plumber and you can tell the owner he can read my review on Yelp/Angie's List. No less than 3 minutes, I get a call back from the owner and left a message. Why do I have to get to this point for me to not even want to try service with you again. Really back follow up and poor service. And if you can't fix the problem, just tell me and why do I have to call back 3 times over a week to get no calls back.
