  • This Boston store men's dept is a mess! I was here with my husband early on a Sunday morning- they opened at 11. Not busy but 3 employees. I asked Chad who was near a sale rack if certain pants from that rack were on sale and he looked at each one and said no. There were more than a half doz full price pants on the rack and I pointed it out and he just shrugged and walked away. We spent so much time trying to find pants and not once did anyone ask to help even though they wore signs that said let me find it. We asked questions but no one cared. This is why I will buy online.
