  • Absolutely the worst service experience in EWC! Like Kimberly and Maryssa, the front desk girls were a huge disappointment! Denise and Gaby were unprofessional, rude, unaware of prices and unwilling to help! My wax service was ok, but after dealing with poor service when I booked my appointment, wrong waxing on my request, overcharging, and "there's nothing I can do" comment, I'm done with EWC! Waxers, beware!!
