If zero stars were an option that is what I would've rated Auto Nation Toyota. I went in and paid cash for a 2015 Tacoma, that fact does not qualify me for anything but as a business when a repeat customer comes in and has paid cash for all vehicles purchased from you that would be someone you may want to give a little extra attention to. Since purchasing the vehicle I have received threatening letter from the state that I will lose my driving privileges unless I immediately file paperwork canceling my old plates. At the time of the purchase the sales person told me I would get new plates and they would handle all paperwork. I asked if he was sure about this as that is not how it had ever been handled before when I purchased a new vehicle from dealership. He assured me this was correct, he was wrong and it put my driving status in jeopardy. I have been to the service center twice and been given a different service advisor each time with no acknowledgment of my previous advisor or visit. I am now due for another visit tomorrow with yet a third service advisor. My fuel mileage is lower than the same model 2008 I had previously, the new one is much louder and there are two distinct noises that don't belong that they cannot address. Worst auto purchasing decision I have ever made and would recommend to anyone considering this dealership to run quickly in the other direction. They are poorly informed and do not care about follow up or satisfaction of the customer. Stay away from these people at all costs!
