I'm currently going through a Cinnabon phase and feeling that people don't appreciate this chain remotely as much as they should!
The trick is to hover around until you see the staff taking out a fresh batch from the oven. I ate a fresh Cinnabon Classic roll today and it was ridiculously tasty - perfect amount of cream cheese glaze and cinnamon. Very satisfying for anyone with a big sweet tooth.
We tried the Cinnabon Stix for the first time today and those were disappointing - room temperature, flaky instead of doughy, and didn't come with a glaze dip.
