  • My fiance and I agreed to a 2 hour presentation with Sapphire. A refundable $20 secured our spot. However, we were unable to attend our tour. The person who signed us up, Austin, said all we had to do was come by and our $20 would be refunded. However, they were never at their booth, they don't return phone calls or emails. Sure it's only $20...but it's bullshit I can't get it back and they don't return messages. Steer clear of these con artists all over the strip.
