  • Giving this establishment 3 stars. I've been here 3 times. First time, was finding out about their $17.99 AYCE rolls special. Took my bowling teammates here after league night. We walked in and waited about 12 minutes before being acknowledged and seated. We were seated by a half Japanese half Filipina waitress. She was horrible. Did not check up on us, did not explain the menu very well, and to top it off, we waited 35 minutes for one of our rolls to come out. They were not that busy at all. Don't get me wrong, the food is actually delicious , and the manager Ice is an amazing and nice guy. But their service is extremely slow. And the half Japanese waitress half Filipino waitress is just rude. If it weren't for Ice the manager and the food, I would give this establishment 2 stars because of the service and because of the waitress. I'm in customer service and in the restaurant business and I know what great service looks like. Ice the manager shows it, but the waitress does not.
