  • Initially I was impressed with the quality and they gave us a CD with all the pictures. However I later learned the only pictures on the CD are lower resolution ones. When I tried to print them at Walgreens they refused, saying I need a waive. I own the pictures, its very offensive saying I dont own my own baby pictures. The real pictures are stored in .pi2 encrypted files, which cannot be opened. You have to pay Portrait Innovations more money for them to print them. Had I known this going in, I never would have used this company. I really feel mislead. Next time I will use a local photographer. Needless to say I will not go back.
