  • This is a general review for the business as a whole since I've had to deal with someone other than their local office. I live in Cincinnati, OH but as I understand it, their main office is in Las Vegas I believe. I do not use this company. I own my condo. This review has to do with the condo that is located above me that is owned by AH4R. They purchased the unit and had to make some repairs. The result of this was water leaking from their unit into my unit causing water damage. This has happened multiple times. The contractor or maintenance person came by our unit after multiple calls and stated that there was a leak that was repaired. He was even leaving a note on his business card but stopped when we answered the door. After our claims to our homeowners insurance, AH4R is denying any liability. Even denying that they came to inspect the unit, even though we have his card and where he started writing a note. Now their legal department is involved. Long story short, our unit still isn't repaired and our homeowners insurance is dropping us for "too many claims", even though the damage was not our fault. My advice, don't rent from or use this company whatsoever. I think everyone can gather the shadiness of their business practices bases upon the many many reviews available online.
