  • You ever go somewhere and someone smiles politely and goes on to super impress you? That's what just happened with Marcelle, the cashier at Office Depot . I bought several items for my new office at DR Horton and came to the checkstand to meet Marcelle, who smiled happily and apologized for a wait I never felt. And she did everything right, asked about me, complimented my choices and highlighted the receipt for coupons. Because of which, I went back and bought more. When I returned she grabbed a discarded receipt from the trash and increased my discount. I'm so tired of hearing people say they don't get paid enough to work hard or be polite. This sweet lady gave 5 star service when it wasn't expected. Great hire Office Depot. Your location gets my business here on out because of Marcelle. Thank you !
