I will never go back to a traditional gym! Something magical happens when you workout and "suffer" with a close group of people everyday. I love being fit and I love working out now thanks to The CrossFit Combine, but honestly I go back everyday for the amazing people/coaches more than the workout. CrossFit is group personal training. Everyone does the same thing, you just scale it to your abilities. If the workout requires you to do pull-ups and you can't do pull-ups yet, there are many ways to scale pull-ups, such as ring rows, or band assisted pull-ups. If you don't think you can do it, the coaches have a way for you to scale it. The point is, everyone is still doing the same workout and you tough through it together. You will not find a more amazing group of people or more dedicated coaches! Safety and proper form are their number 1 priority!
