The WORST service you will ever get in life. Let start off with this 2 days after I purchased my car I received a crack in my windshield from a rock. I got it replaced via safe light auto glass. My stickers were removed from getting a new windshield, I took my vehicle into day for and they told me I needed to pay for a full inspection and the stickers. With only 50 miles on the car Standard procedure? maybe. I ended up going to monroe who just made me pay for stickers.
Lets fast forward to present day, I took my car in because parts were failing while still under warranty. My seat belt catches and is no good also the steering wheel has server peeling. Also the biggest thing is my sonar back up sensor has fallen off the mount and is hanging in the bumper. Making annoying beeping noises at me every time I go to back up.
So I took my car in after scheduling an appointment and let day for know about all the issues.
Once I came to bring my car in I parked it near the service garage, walked in and I was just looked at by multiple employees and ignored. When they finally decided they wanted to do their job they took my vehicle I waited for about 2 hours and guess what.
THEY DID NOTHING! I was told parts were ordered for the seat belt and pictures of the steering wheel were sent to ford. Then they proceeded to tell me how they wont fix the sensor that fell off. I was told that I need to pay full price or try to have my insurance cover it. Mind my vehicle is still under a bumper to bumper warranty. They said the reasoning was due to some scratches on the bumper.
You tell me how scratches can dismount a sensor, every car has scratches. There was no impact damage and they refused to fix it.
The manager said they would get in contact with me and never did. Its been over 3 weeks and I had to call them back, and guess what the manager is impossible to get a hold of.
They are very nice when trying to sell you the car but then completely rude and unhelpful once they got your money. Just looking to get over on people is the MO of day ford in monroeville.
Side note I have a 2016 AWD ford taurus, and have all these problems with the car under warranty. Not to mention the latest malfunction, my AWD randomly decided to just shut off.
DO NOT BUY A CAR from day ford or think you will receive any quality service for your vehicle there.
