  • As others have noted this is far from the terminal. Give yourself an extra 20 minutes when arriving (if you're a gold member) and an extra 30 when departing. I highly recommend a Gold membership. Your car will be in a stall with your name when you arrive. It's on a board, you also get an email notification--I must say the email came late on this last trip and luckily my name was on the board. If you're a gold member you just get in your car and drive to checkout. Also you have an option of picking a car in the "Gold Lane". In the rental car terminal you can early check your bag. I highly recommend this. They have it for most of the airlines. Enjoy phoenix!
