  • Taste wise, tastes good, just like any other Japanese cheesecake. Slight tang from the cream cheese, light and fluffy and not too sweet. Texture wise, it almost seemed like there were two layers in the cake. Majority of the cake had the same moist texture, but the top centimetre of the cake I found to be dry.
