When this particular location 1st opened the manager was very nice and welcoming, which is very different from every other location you go to. I went today and there was a different manager. Idk what was really going on but just listening to the way the manager spoke to the employees was very different. Then as we were standing in line, something happened and the cashier walked out on his job while there were about 4 of us standing in line. We could've literally just walked out with our items. Shelves were all empty, and it seemed like there was all of 1 employee on the floor to help customers. The employees all seemed like that were new? I guess customer service is NOT their first priority.
