This is a little hidden gem in an area I rarely frequent. Came down here with a buddy and voila, checked in to get the free Parmesan Tuile. This was something I have never experienced in my life. It was awesome, go check my pics. Here is where I get frustrated and gonna be an honest guy here. They said if I wanted the free app from my check in, "I had to leave a review" and I was like right now? So I said I would later and here it is later.
The food was good. It really was and I want to give it 5 stars but come on, you say you have to do a Yelp review to get the free app. That defeats the purpose of it all. And honestly if I was to give the review right then and there without even trying the food or letting my experience resonate, then I would have given it a 2...max. This is a grace review with the stars I'm giving. I mean come on guys, this isn't how Yelp works. Unless I'm fully mistaken on my purpose for being on Yelp?!?!? I didn't have time to do it right then and there, nor did I want to even if I did. And I have time now a few weeks later so here it is. This was insane and the more I think about it I want to give it a 3 for wasting this whole review on leaving a review to get a free appetizer.
Ok the parm was amazing and it is a must to get if you check in or not. I had the sliders and they were also good and the ranch they had was perfecto. The ambiance was eh, I give it a 3. Our waiter was super nice and so was the manager/owner. They did what they needed to do. I will honestly be back if I'm in the area, but it will not be first choice. Just don't ask for people to write a review to get an offer. It doesn't work like that and you will tilt customers out big time.
I know this all might seem crazy to an owner or someone reading, but it's the truth from my POV.
