  • I bring my kitties here because of the wellness plan. It is an incredible offer and makes it extremely affordable to keep your pets in good health. However, there is one doctor I've seen here several times who just likes to rush through things. We make sure to request that we don't see him when we come here. Nothing is ever explained to us by this particular doctor if we drop off our pets and then pick them up later - as recommended during days where the clinic is very busy. The Banfield I went to in Virginia before moving to Pa was incredible - every doctor always took his or her time to explain everything after a visit - even if it was a drop off. At this location in Monroeville the front desk staff and techs are wonderful, so we keep coming back. We'd just like all of the docs to be as friendly and patient as the rest of the staff. They are taking care of our furry babies, after all.
