Nice Noodle house steps from Eatons Centre. The ramen was cooked perfect and the soup was good-not salty but tasty. The seating environment is clean/nice but not too large and hence you may need to wait at lunch-we try to go there a bit after the noontime rush and it's fine. Pricing is a tad high but at least you get quality for that. Zero issues with noodle but I tried the Yakisoba on a hot plate-tastes good but a bit oily-I guess it's a catch 22 where you can use less oil and it's burnt or more and have it unburnt. I think I will stick with the noodles next time. Service is excellent-Prompt and polite. A side note-server sneezed away from the table off to the side and we noticed he went straight to the washroom to wash hands (unfortunately we don't always see that and glad to see he was concerned of hygiene). Kudos for that!!
