rev:text	First, the grounds are beyond beautiful. Our room was clean (a standard room, which was tight). I imagine the upgraded rooms are more spacious.. The kid movie night and laser tag was a lot of fun. Overall, this part of my review is 5 stars. Reading through the reviews after our stay, it appears you can pay a small fee and use the spa....that would have been nice to know. The problem comes in when we were over charged for things. Still trying to get that worked out. Double charged for resort fee, as one example. They charged $32 for a kids movie. $32! They give you a code to go on line to get $15 of that back. The code did not work. The regular movie rate is $17! The restaurants had great staff, but were way below average on taste. But they charge around $27 a plate. Was not worth it, IMO. Like I said, the pools were amazing. However, the sandy beach was so SO hot, it was just not possible to walk on it. At a high end resort, I would expect someone to spray down the sand or have more shade in that area. The staff taking orders for food and drinks at the pool was verrrrrryyyyy slow. We would see someone maybe every 20 to 30 minutes. Not enough people working, I guess. Prices were way high as well. To be expected at a resort, but these prices seemed excessive.
