| - If I could rate it lower, I would. I have had problems with this complex right from the beginning. During the application process my personal information; social security, proof of employment and photo ID were all lost, along with my parents personal information too. This information all needed to be resubmitted and I was never given an answer as to where my information went. So if you value your identity and would not like to risk having it stolen, I would recommend not applying here. Then, my roommates and I were told on the day that we were suppose to move in that our move in date needed to be pushed back. I needed to be out of my other apartment in a few days and I had already rented a Uhaul for that day and taken the day off from work. Therefore, if you value your money and would not like to have it wasted or value your time, I would recommend not moving into this complex. When we were finally allowed to move in, we moved into an apartment that was not fit to move into. The apartment was dirty, did not have stove tops, was not finished being painted and also did not have air conditioning either; I should probably mention that I moved in in late July. Upon moving into the apartment, I had to clean it all in insane heat due to the lack of air conditioning. I found cockroaches in the apartment and I got a shard of glass stuck in my foot when I was moving things into my bedroom. We went an entire month without air conditioning, in the summer! My roommates and I wrote emails regularly and visited the office almost daily to mention these problems and nothing was done in a timely manor. Then, in December, our ceiling started to fall in. I contacted the property manager by email about our roof falling in and a MONTH later they fixed it. So having your roof fall in is not a huge concern for the staff, not to mention it made our apartment freezing due to the lack of insulation and our heating bill skyrocketed that month too. Therefore, if you value your basic rights as a tenant and would like to live in an apartment that has livable conditions such as not being overheated in the summer or freezing in the winter or having shards of glass in your foot either, I would recommend not living in this complex. Also, should I mention with all of these problems, the office staff has been incredibly rude and unhelpful in trying to fix any of the issues. If you write them an email you will most likely not hear back for a least a week and usually their reply will just be unhelpful. I usually spend my days off trying to track down office staff, because they are always conveniently "out on the property," and never actually in the office. Or I spend my days off writing emails about problems and concerns that most likely will be ignored or fixed a month later. The only upside to living in the complex is the location, but the rent is not worth it. I would recommend to anyone thinking about living here to spend a little bit more and live in a complex nearby, it'll be worth it. The only staff that actually cares about the tenants would be Ms. Donna who works in the office and the man whose's the head of maintenance. Unfortunately, the complex seems to have way to many issues with it so he does the best he can with what he was given. I have lived here for about half a year now and these aren't even all the issues I have faced living at this complex. These are just the issues that I thought were the most important issues I should mention. I have read other tenants reviews and saw that they then faced repercussion because of it, so I will update this review if I end up facing any repercussions. This complex does not provide safe or livable conditions and jeopardizes their tenants security. I have provided photos of some of the cockroaches found on the day I moved in and a photo of the hole in my ceiling. Unfortunately I don't have documentation of all the other problems, but that's because at the time of those problems I didn't think I would have to keep track of them.
