  • HORRIBLE. DON'T EVER COME HERE. Came in to get an ombré. As the owner previously told me, she knew how to do ombré and told me to book an appointment and that it would take 1 1/2 hours. Well: 1. I booked my appt for 6pm, showed up 15 mins early and ended up waiting there till 6:50 2. After showing her the colour of ombré I wanted she spent another 30 minutes running around helping walk-in clients while I sat there. Need I remind you I had an appt booked for 6PM. 3. She did not bleach my hair properly... Nor did she DO MY OMBRÉ PROPERLY. 4. I refused to pay her in the end as she wasted 3 1/2 of my time to dye half my head blonde. It wasn't even ombré. I argued saying I was paying for an ombré and not this. She then proceeded to threaten to call the police if I didn't pay saying she worked hard on this and this is ombré You think being the owner of two salon locations and being in the business for so long she'd know what ombré is? Definitely not. DO NOT EVER COME HERE. WORST PLACE TO DO YOUR HAIR AND EYEBROWS. Service and quality of work is horrible! Paid $100 for nothing.
