  • REVISED: Dropping this down to a one star seeing as how shortly after i wrote this i got a call from the company. Basically trying to buy a better rating for a refund. NO, you do not get to buy a rating, YOU EARN THEM! I am going to mark this a two star despite the fact that i feel it deserves one just because i personally liked every one of the movers. Other than that, all down hill. The owner called a couple of days before our scheduled move date to advise he needed to push it 1 day, inferring he could no longer keep his committed date. He then recanted by saying they could use another truck. Moving day, the truck ended up being too small and the crew was forced to make 2 trips, which in turn forced them to go way over on estimated time and subsequently exhausted the crew. Let me say, I paid not only to have my stuff packed and moved but to be unloaded at the destination, which never happened. They left me stranded to unpack myself and buried non-garage items in storage. Since I could not locate much of my clothing, I had to have them return the following day to dig out two boxes of clothes, which were deep in storage in the garage (in addition, in a box that had been clearly marked "MASTER BED"). Again, they did a half-ass job as they poured through the garage boxes, leaving them in disarray and bypassing all the others clearly marked for other rooms in the house. Honestly, I feel robbed. I didnt get what i paid for, the delievery of service was poor; in that they couldn't match the boxes to their destination, and when asked to return they rushed through it again. Basically, at the end of the day, it appears that the truck was double-booked, I got the short end of the stick, they didn't pay attention to what goes where, and with 4 guys running boxes around I couldn't stay on top. Ultimately, it was about the clock and not the level of service. Let me add two more pieces to this. One, The moving crew was asked to pack and move everything from my former house to the new house and the owner assured me he would double check everything before he left. My cleaning crew called me later that night around 10pm to let me know they had pulled together 4 large boxes of items the moving crew had left ($2000 misc. items) in the house that they themselves brought over around 11:30pm. Last item: I had to spend about 3 hours digging back through the boxes they had tossed into storage to pull those clearly marked for other parts of the house. If you are even thinking of using these guys READ THIS and good luck.
