I took my bridesmaids here because it was the closest store with Watters bridesmaids dresses. I had an appointment. My wedding party was treated like substandard citizens by some of the staff when they saw how small our numbers were. Next to us was a group of 7 girls so it was obvious we were not going to get much attention which was fine, however it is NOT an excuse for them to be rude to us. We selected a number of dresses and squeezed into a tiny room to try them on.
There sample dresses were in ok shape but most were in small sizes. SO I hope you have itsy skinny bridesmaids or they aren't getting into the dresses. We found one we liked and then asked for swatches. One consultant said fine but never brought them but she had essentially ignored us despite being our "assigned" consultant. Another consultant came over and we asked her for swatches. She was great and brought them out.
Now let's define swatch. These are 1"x1" pieces of fabric layered so you were lucky to see half of it. But I suppose that is not totally their fault.
Anyways my girls and I narrowed it down to 2 dresses but we needed time to decide. At this point it was clear our consultant just wanted rid of us.
I returned a few days later to select their dress and check the colors again to make sure I got the correct color. Well I called they told me to come in that afternoon. I stood in the front of the store for over 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged by the woman at the front desk. She was trying to work out some big problem with a flower girl dress (did I mention the little girl's family was having to pay for repairs to a dress that was delivered damaged?). Anyways She finally asks me what I want which was slightly disconcerting and rude. I said I was there to look at bridesmaids swatches. She sends me back to a consultant who was already working with a bride. Thankfully, this woman got the other bride set up and then took care of what I needed.
I don't think I would suggest this place to anyone just on staff issues but as I seem to be learning in this wedding thing everyone loves the bride except for dress shops.
