  • Well, I can't say that I give out a lot of 1 stars. In fact, going back through my reviews, I did give out a 1 star review once, but then retracted it after thinking about it a little more. This review is kind of out my hands though. When your website says that you open at 11am and the business hours of operation on your front door say you open at 11am, I kind of expect you to be open when I roll by at 11:15am and then again at 11:30 am (this was yesterday). I understand that emergencies do happen and that it may have been an aberration if this had only happened once, but the fact of the matter is that this has happened on two occasions. If I'm going to take the time to come to your establishment, at least be open or leave a note!
