| - Altitude 1675, or 1675 East Morten Ave, Phoenix, AZ is a nightmare of corporate greed. They are not registered legally as an apartment rental property.
Altitude 1675 is registered illegally, & I quote from government offices, as "a secondary or vacation home property," which essentially enables them to save on taxes. They are being investigated.
This is just the beginning of the horror of living here. There is no sense of being at home. They charge for packages. The Altitude management people in the office are the most ill-educated I've ever known. They will bilk tenants for every last cent, not only security deposit, but wratched up fees for electricity for the entire complex.
(They keep lights on 24 hrs a day for your bill). This is the worst living experience I've ever had in my life---and I've lived/rented in major cities, i.e. NYC.
Do not rent here. Apartments are boxes with a view, and, with no apparent reason, deprive one of a sense of being at home.
Arizona law protects only landlords, & screws tenants by allowing landlords, in this case corporations from Canada, to bilk tenants of so many false & extraneous fees. It is a horror!
