  • I'm visiting my parents from CA for the weekend and their Maytag refrigerator kicks the can. They had been having issues with the compressor, fan, ice maker, etc for years and were in the market for a replacement ASAP before all of their food spoiled.Of course they requested my intense research skills and all of the best deals and variety of appliances that they were looking for led me to Spencer's. I called the closest store on Bell Rd requesting a top LG model I had found online and Nathan answered with immediate knowledge of that model's availability to deliver next day and other options to come check out in the store. We trecked over to see these things in action and check out all of the latest with 4 door french door styles, discounted floor models in great shape, and even a newer model with Grab n Go door feature. Nathan was there available right away and extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable of all of their lines which includes pretty much every brand Whirlpool, Kitchenaid, LG, Samsung, etc. We did look at several other Samsung and LG models, but ultimately my parents went right in for what we were looking for, the Cadillac of refrigerators LG 4 door french door with climate control separate drawer, grab n go door, stainless steel, and energy star compliant. Less than 24 hours later, there is a beautiful refrigerator chilling in the kitchen getting ready to serve some ice cold drinks tonight and years to come! Other things great about this experience: -The salesperson Nathan even gave us his cell number to contact him up to 11pm that night or even the next day on his day off to make sure the model we selected would fit in our kitchen before delivering the next day. Now that's customer service! -The LG brand offers 10 year warranty for the compressor -Spencer's delivery is quick, friendly and only $30 -The refrigerator was delivered in flawless condition, no dings or scratches. -The extended warranty is very reasonable, $150 for an extra 3 years; not like the price gouging from Sears at $550 extended warranty. -They have price match guarantee for 30 days and software showing all of the latest sales from Home Depot, Lowes, Best Buy and other competitors. Overall highly recommended! Thank you Nathan and Spencer's!
