  • Greg from the maintenance team just left our apartment and I felt the need to immediately follow up with a stellar review. He is a recent hire to the Vintage maintenance crew, and is a stand out! We have had a recurring issue in our apartment that did not get resolved until he came on board and took care of the problem. He went above and beyond to not only take the time to thoroughly investigate all aspects, but also follow up to make sure all was in proper working order. Additionally his professionalism and high level people skills make him an immediate stand out and exception! I would also like to comment on Chris, another new hire to the maintenance team who's role seems more of maintenance, cleaning and upkeep to make sure our community and grounds stay looking so beautiful. Chris is another gem and consummate professional. When my husband or I use our community gym, if Chris is in the vicinity, he always makes sure to check in to make sure the temperature is comfortable. So thoughtful, and not the norm for maintenance staff. Greg and Chris are welcome and much needed additions with such dedication and professionalism. They are truly a reflection and extension of new management, Joe and Veronica who have only gone above, and beyond, since being here. We are more than pleased with the new staff and overall changes to our community!
