  • We have been coming to Eyeglass World for years. In a very busy time, the staff was very welcoming; you cannot buy glasses in 15 minutes. Mona spent a tremendous amount of time with us making sure we got the right glasses for the money, and it was a difficult prescription. She made every effort to work within our budget. But the other staff was equally solicitous of their patients. I am sorry this location got some bad reviews, but I think they have rectified the situation, hired more people and trained them in great customer service.
