  • NEVER call this company. More interested in selling me a new interior by showing hairline cracks than actually diagnosing leak issue. Our utility bill had huge spike in water usage, but no visible signs of leaking. I have quite a bit of knowledge about pools, so I new I needed a professional to come and diagnose the problem right away. Service person showed up, snapped off and broke 4 therapies when checking lines. Within 10 minutes he tried to sell me on a new pool interior. Asked him if he checked the main drain, and of course he hadn't. I insisted on checking that as well because the increase in water usage wasn't consistent with hairline cracks in interior. Broke both drain covers in half. I assumed that screws keeping covers in place were rusted, but they weren't. My 13 year old son easily took them out when he replaced covers. Still insisted that I needed a new interior. Asked if they had done a dye test, and they hadn't. I demanded that they come back out and do that prior to making payment. Never addressed any of the broken items despite pictures and complaint, and still insisted on full payment--which I paid just to get rid of them. Called another company, found that it actually wasn't a leak, but was an issue with equipment (auto-leveler) not shutting off so water was constantly running. So grateful I didn't spend thousands of dollars on a new interior with an incompetent company.
