  • After years of reliable service, something changed. It has been several weeks now of missed pick-ups, rescheduled dates, inconsistent times. It has now been 2 1/2 weeks since our last "weekly" pick-up. No answer at the local (Plainville, MA) phone number. We've called the 800 number several times now and they say things are on schedule. 4 times now we've been told that they are logging a scheduled "missed pick-up" and that they will come "tomorrow". Still nothing...
