This place is that classic, old and rundown bowling alley that exists in every movie that takes place in the 70s and 80s. The "No Smoking" signs are ironic, because the place smells like a giant ashtray. I'm pretty sure I got emphysema in the hour or so I spent there from the asbestos. Okay, I'm joking around, but this place is seriously ancient. The "birthday" area just has some lame balloons drawn in the wall, but I find it charmingly funny how crappy it looks. I'm pretty sure the ball feedback machines (if that's what they're called) are made our of roller skates, check out the pictures I posted.
Our bowling station/computer was glitchy and the machines sometimes would not replace the the pins after the first bowl in someone's turn, but the humor of them not working seriously just made our experience that much ironically enjoyable. They place offers different specials on bowling, so be sure to follow them on social media to keep track.
I gave this place a tough review, but it really is a functional bowling alley, and its age/quality is charming and sometimes hilarious. I had a good time here for this very "Classic Pittsburgh" establishment.
