  • The teacher is very nice 2 stars off for the lady receptionist?bad customer service?As a new comer to the studio, she does not show welcoming gesture and she is full of altitude. The class was about to start. I suggest to get myself ready and fill out waiver form after class. But she said I have to fill out the waiver form before entering the classroom. At the end I don't even have time to get changed.
