  • Great experience here with both the doctor, Dr. Nancy Buczek, and the staff. While I believe the Dr.'s specialty is with dogs, and greyhounds more specifically, she took great care of my cat through a couple of different procedures and exams. She also sent me updates and pictures of my cat while I was out of state, which gave me a great deal of confidence in her devotion to her work. This is a relatively young practice, and as it grows hopefully the attention to service will remain the same; for the time-being I couldn't be happier. I should also mention that the Dr. and the staff were very up-front about costs (mine were fairly hefty), and that there were no surprises when the time for payment came. This has definitely not always been my experience when it comes to pet health-care, and it was very appreciated. Veterinary services simply aren't cheap, but knowing that I can get a handle on my expenses up-front is useful.
