  • This store doesn't pick up their own phones, so if you go online and order a new iPhone and request "in store pickup", you will not be able to contact anyone in the store if there are questions or a problem with the order. They do not offer to help, are arrogant, and purposely try to confuse you with numbers when you ask about their plans/costs for their phones. they are not very helpful at all. there are other Verizon stores that are helpful and honest with prices/costs, so I would pass on this one.
