  • The Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland was an excellent choice for my trip to Cleveland. Check in/ check out was smooth. Cookies were a plus. The lobby offered a toasty fireplace, which was needed the cold night I checked in. I especially appreciated the layout of the hotel with the elevators being at one end of the building, ensuring a restful sleep. My room was clean and bed was amazing. Breakfast was quaint with a selection of hot and cold items to choose from. The business center was easily accessible, as was the pool (but I didn't get to use). Restaurants and shopping are available nearby and range from a 2 minute walk - 8 minutes drive. The staff was extremely hospitable and for that I will return. Second trip 3/11/17-3/12/17 The Hampton Inn and Suites Cleveland Airport was solid choice for my return to the area. The guest service representatives were professional and courteous at check in/out, the room was CLEAN, the bed was plush and the decor was modern. Breakfast was complimentary each morning. While coffee, tea, hot chocolate were available 24/7! The property was located literally steps from a few eateries, and I felt safe entering and exiting the building at night, as a solo traveler. 4/14/17 Got a chance to stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland-Airport again and my stay was A+. The business center was helpful and staff were friendly as well.
