  • All the 5-star reviews are spot on. My wife and I went to a few of their competitors before finding Arizona Iron on yelp. What a pleasant surprise from the moment we walked in. While the competitors had cheesy, high-pressure, or clueless salespeople, not at Arizona Iron. We were greeted at the Grand Ave. location by Jeremiah who is great! It was very much a no-nonsense experience. I loved seeing their shop in back. Everything is handcrafted with high-quality, heavy-gauge steel. We weren't even planning to make a purchase that day, but the price, the quality, and our great impression made it an easy decision to pull the trigger. We didn't have time to pick our finish and fabrics that day, so we made an appointment with Jeremiah the following week at the south Scottsdale location. At that appointment he was extremely patient and knowledgable as we chose our final design. Every step of the ordering process left us confident we would be happy with our decision. The follow-up and delivery process was great too. Josh took over that part and was very communicative. He called about a week before the furniture was ready to schedule delivery and was able to accommodate our schedule. The delivery techs also did a great job making sure everything was placed just right. We're so happy with the furniture, but I have to say the fire table we bought was the big surprise. It puts out a really nice, big, adjustable flame and matches the couch and chairs perfectly. It's a new design for them and just awesome. We've received SO many compliments from our neighbors since the furniture is out front. Overall a really great experience and I'll be calling them in a few months to order covers for the summer. Keep up the good work Jeremiah, Josh and everyone at Arizona Iron!
