  • BEWARE! This business should be shut down! I will give you the short version...Called in for the coupon special $59.95 and scheduled the appointment. Jim Rogers and his son (not trained) showed up and checked everything out, after the "evaluation" he showed me pictures of "mold" and explained how it needs to be cleaned immediately. I questioned the pictures because it didn't look like my unit but I wasn't exactly sure and didn't suspect one would go so far as show fake pictures. He quoted me over $4,000 worth of work which included a full cleaning as well as a IV light and crawl space vapor barrier and "mold" bombing. We denied the crawlspace "fixes" because I just had it checked by Dry Pro and all was perfectly fine down there, so I started to distrust these guys. They negotiated the prices down to about 60% of first quite and I said ok and watched them spray the "hospital" strength sanitizer into the vents WHAT A JOKE...so here I am writing this review and warning you NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
