  • Horrible customer service. Including the manager. I ordered online for uber eats and added sauces to my order. I called to make sure that the correct sauces were in my order for my uber to pick up. I get my order and no sauces were put in my bag :). So I call back and ask what is the point of having an option and having a phone when a customer is asking for specific sauces to have with my 20 piece Mc nuggets. Who eats Mc nuggets without sauce???? Someone with no taste buds. Then I call and ask the manager why didn't I get my sauces. She hangs up. Wow! Thank you very much Mc Donald's you guys have awesome employees! Very helpful.
