rev:text	I went there for the first time last Saturday, April 4th, around 11am. The place looked busy, but I didn't have to be anywhere for an hour so I thought I'd take a chance. My car is brand new, so there wasn't a lot of inside cleaning to be done, I mostly just wanted to get some of the cat hair I'd tracked in on my shoes.... so I opted for the more expensive, $18.99 wash - which includes interior cleaning and vacuuming. There was an express wash option, for $8.99, exterior only... but, like I said, I wanted the car vacuumed. After waiting over an HOUR... my car is finally done. I inspected it, it wasn't perfect... but I was okay with it until I opened the door and found that the floor mat was still covered in cat hair! I mean, not covered, but enough that it was noticeable that they did not vacuum it very well. I asked to speak to the manager and a guy in a different colored shirt came over (not sure if he was the manager or not...) and I asked about the vacuuming... he said IT COSTS EXTRA TO VACUUM PET HAIR! What??? The mat wasn't covered in it, it was one mat, not the whole car and what do you mean EXTRA? I then asked, 'how much?' He says, like $10!!!! Are you kidding me? I just paid over $20 (with tip) for a mediocre car wash and I can't even get the floor mat vacuumed properly? Well, he didn't even offer to have it vacuumed again and he said something about next time... and I said THERE ISNT GONNA BE A NEXT TIME. Pass... there are much better places out there that deserve my $$$
