  • I was one of Dr. Cohen's original customers and personally I think he's the best vet in the Anthem area. My first encounter with him and his staff was during an emergency and they stayed well after closing time to help my dog and didn't charge me anything extra. In total, Dr. Cohen has cared for 3 of my furry friends (2 dogs, 1 cat) and he and his staff have always done a fantastic job. My favorite thing about Dr. Cohen is his willingness to look at alternative methods to drugs and surgery... I want to fix the issue not mask it and he has the knowledge and training to suggest the appropriate course of treatment, while factoring in budget. In May 2010, I had the most awful experience of my life, putting my beloved 13 year old kitty to sleep and Dr. Cohen, Shelly and Michele were so caring and kind to both my baby girl and myself. They made the most horrible day bearable. A few weeks after, I received a card with the most beautiful poem about pets and it actually helped me deal with my grief a little better. As far as the office staff, they are very friendly and always go the extra mile and make me and my pets feel welcomed. To date, there pricing has been competitive with the other vet offices in the area and they do offer special discounts in various local mailers.
